in the heart of Phlegraean Fields
Discovering this unique corner of land kissed by the sea, animated by volcanic fire and embraced by myth.
The itinerary of the visit follows the entire journey of the grapes from the vineyard to the bottle.
The enonaut / group, thanks to the guidance of qualified personnel, will experience the main processes of vine breeding, as well as grape processing in the cellar.
Specifically, in addition to having historical, scientific and mythological information on the host territory, the company will learn the qualitative management of the vineyards and the main cellar techniques such as: winemaking, fermentation, refinement, bottling.
The educational visit will then conclude with the creation of a tasting workshop.
Articulation of the visit
ARRIVAL AND RECEPTION
Transfer to the vineyards and stop on the crater in the educational area: for educational purposes, in correspondence with the vineyards overlooking the Astroni crater, an educational peninsula has been set up (permanently) containing illustrative and informative panels regarding the history, the territory and the vineyards. Here a company guide will lead visitors to discover the area and its winemaking peculiarities.
MOVING TO THE CELLAR
Visit to the winemaking, aging and barrel cellar areas: inside the production cellar a guide will illustrate the work in the cellar, the visitor led through tanks, steel vats and men at work will assist in the explanation of the function of the machines, the choices technologies and corporate philosophy. In this phase the guide will be able to satisfy even the most technical questions.
TASTING LABORATORY
Wine tasting and simultaneous illustration of its characteristics: in this phase the interaction of the participants will be encouraged and they will be invited to express judgments on the organoleptic notes of the wine on the basis of the recognition of aromas and flavors belonging to each one’s olfactory and tasting memory, all in a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere.

In fact, to date, it is possible to organize events, divided into different moments, to create presentations, conferences, business meetings and gala dinners.
