Un naso fruttato, preciso e speziato che esprime profondità ed elegante austerità. Sentori di ciliegia nera, prugna rossa matura, note balsamiche e tocchi floreali di lillà e violetta, con accenni di pepe di Timut, scorza di mandarino e leggere sfumature affumicate e tabaccate. Al palato è fruttato, succoso, teso ed equilibrato, con una struttura cristallina. Emergono note di ribes nero succoso, ciliegia acidula, prugna blu croccante e mandorla tostata. Tannini precisi, fini e sapidi.

Emergono note di mela cotogna, cedro, mandorla tostata, fiori gialli, burro, castagna, tabacco biondo, nespola e mandarino essiccato.
