In recent days the performance of the Slow Wine Guide 2024 was held in Milan. Today this year the Slow Wine Guide headed by Giancarlo Gariglio awards six special prizes. This year one of these awards was given to our winery.

The Special Award for Hospitality in the cellar was awarded to Cristina Varchetta, from Cantine degli Astroni in Naples, by Giulia Corcos, Head of B2B Services at Tannico.
In a decidedly peculiar environmental and landscape context, with the vineyards – real plots of land torn away from urbanization – which dominate the city of Naples from above, Cantine Astroni has been able to consolidate itself not only as a first-rate production reality, but also as a company particularly active in wine tourism. The visit routes start from the educational area in the Astroni vineyard adjacent to the forest of the same name, once a hunting reserve of King Ferdinand of Bourbon, now a WWF Natural Oasis.
